Home/Services/Process automation

If your team does it the same way every time, software can do it better.

Process automation that connects your systems, cuts errors and frees up time for what actually creates value.

The problem

Your team spends hours every week on tasks that always follow the same pattern: copying data from one system to another, sending routine emails, generating reports, updating spreadsheets.

It's necessary work, but it creates no value. And every time someone does it by hand, there's room for error. A field copied wrong, an email that gets forgotten, a report with last month's data.

The solution: your systems connected, your processes on autopilot

We identify the repetitive processes and automate them. Systems talk to each other so information flows on its own, without manual intervention or copy-pasting.

End-to-end workflows

From data entry to final output, the whole process runs itself. You define the rules, the software follows them.

System-to-system integrations

ERP, CRM, email, invoicing, databases. Systems that didn't talk to each other now share information automatically.

Document generation

Reports, invoices, contracts, emails. Generated automatically with the right data, without copy-pasting from anywhere.

Smart notifications

Alerts when something needs human attention. Not when everything's fine, only when there's something to decide or fix.

Zero manual errors

Software doesn't skip a step, doesn't miscopy a number and doesn't have a bad day. Critical processes always run the same way.

Full traceability

Every run is logged. You know what was done, when and with which data. Audits and compliance sorted.

Real example: automating a business process

A workflow that captures input data, processes it, generates the required documents and notifies the right people. All without manual intervention.

Clear pricing, no surprises

Pricing depends on how many processes you want to automate and how many systems to connect.

Simple flow
€400
€250 for the first 30 clients
  • 1 automated process
  • 2 connected systems
  • Up to 5 steps
  • Documentation included
I want it
Complex flow
€1,800
€1,200 for the first 30 clients
  • Chained processes
  • Multiple systems
  • Document generation
  • Active monitoring
I want it

One-time pricing. Hosting is optional and billed separately (from €10/month depending on expected load): if you prefer, we deploy on your own infrastructure. Pay-per-use costs aren't included either: delivery services (Twilio, Resend, SendGrid), AI if the flow uses it, or target SaaS licenses — those are provider metering and billed directly to the client.

See in detail what's included and what's not

What's included

  • Mapping of the current process and bottleneck detection
  • Step-by-step flow design
  • Connection between apps (Gmail, Slack, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Implementation in n8n or Make depending on the case
  • Logs and alerts when something fails
  • Testing with real data before delivery
  • Flow documentation for your team
  • Support during the first month

What's not included

  • Delivery credits (Twilio, Resend, SendGrid, WhatsApp Business): billed directly to the client, cents per message
  • Target SaaS licenses (Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.) if the flow needs them
  • AI model usage if the flow uses it
  • Business process redesign (strategic consulting, separate)
  • Hosting: optional and separate (from €10/month) or on the client's own infrastructure

Common questions

"Automating sounds good, but our processes are very specific."

That's precisely why it's built custom. It's not a generic tool you have to adapt to your processes. It's the other way around: it's built to fit exactly how you work today.

"My team will resist the change."

When automation removes the most tedious part of their work, the team is the first to embrace it. It doesn't take away their job, it takes away the tasks they don't want to do.

"What if something goes wrong with the automation?"

Every automation includes error handling and notifications. If something doesn't run as expected, you get notified. On top of that, processes are logged step by step so you always know what happened.

"I'm not sure which processes can be automated."

That's exactly what we look at in our first conversation. We review your processes, identify the ones that consume the most time and prioritize the ones with the highest return. No strings attached.
